The job portal was initially only developed to make hirings for Naseeb Networks which is Rozee. pk’s parent company. There were several companies at that time that wanted to post their ads on the website. The founder of Rozee.pk, Monis Rahman agreed to post these ads which brought traffic to the website. Eventually Rozee. pk became the prime project for Naseeb Networks.

Today, Rozee. pk is one of the largest recruiting sites and hires for some of the biggest organizations – United Nations being one of them. The United Nations in Pakistan has supported the Pakistani Government through thick and thin for different humanitarian causes.
