Pakistan’s first National Pavilion on Chinese E-commerce Platform Launched

The Pakistani ambassador Moin ul Haque has launched the country’s first online national pavilion in China. Pakistan’s National Pavilion was launched at JD.com. The ceremony was held at the embassy was termed as a historic occasion by Moin ul Haque termed. He also said that the pavilion will help Pakistan explore opportunities offered by the Chinese digital economy

It would also contribute to Pakistan’s offline pavilions which are operating in Chinese cities, including Chengdu, Kunming, Urumqi Yiwu, and Zhengzhou.

“Moreover, this pavilion would also provide a window for promoting Pakistan’s culture, cuisine, tourism and people-to-people exchanges”, he added.

He also added that the platform will help promote Pakistani products to the Chinese markets,

“…our traders and exporters can open their shops and introduce their products through this platform and Chinese importers can also sell their products.”

The ambassador further highlighted that Pakistani food products, garments, leather products, sports goods, and even furniture could get recognition through this platform.
