NITB Launches Portal for Overseas Pakistani’s to Record Complaints

The National Information Technology Board (NITB) has recently launched a portal that would help UAE-based Pakistanis make suggestions and deliver feedback. The ‘Foreign Ministers Portal’ was recently launched in five cities; including Dubai, Jeddah, London, New York, and Barcelona. The portal would help overseas Pakistanis give their opinions and complaints. This way those who Pakistanis who are located abroad will be able to give their suggestions when facing problems.

The portal has been funded by the Ministry of Information Technology & Telecom (MoITT) and established through The National Information Technology Board (NITB). Currently, the portal is in a trial phase. Once the portal is finalized it can be downloaded via the Play Store for Andriod users, and App Store for Apple Users.
