Dr. Faisal Mushtaq – a visionary educationist, Chief Executive at Roots Millennium Schools, also a member of the Board of Roots School System. Alongside, Mr. Faisal is also the Founder and CEO at Change in Education (CIE) which is af social enterprise and works in support of Public-Private Partnerships across education. The CIE initiative has helped to scale up the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs’) which helped to revolutionize over 250 government schools in Pakistan.
Acknowledging his efforts Dr. Faisal Mushtaq was honored with the National Civil Award of ‘Tamgha-i-Imtiaz by the President of Pakistan. He was also the pioneer for introducing the mandarin language for students across Pakistan, today 5000 Pakistanis are learning mandarin at Roots Millineum Schools. In September this year, the educationist was conferred with the title of an Honorary Doctorate of Education Degree by one of the UK’s top universities, Hertfordshire. Read all about it here.
Mr. Faisal’s recent achievement is being shortlisted as the top 10 finalists from around the globe in the ‘Category of outstanding contribution in education’ by Gess. The ceremony was held at Dubai World Trade Center on 15th November 2021.
