Systems Limited, and IBM, co-hosted an event “Drive Business Value using Advanced Analytics”. The event was held at Mövenpick Hotel, Karachi, on Thursday – October 14, 2021. The event was attended by senior officials from both Systems Limited and IBM where they discussed IBM Cognos Analytics which is an intelligence suite that businesses may use to gather analytics, reports, and monitor key business metrics.

Muhammad Mairaj from Systems Limited shared his thoughts on the event,
“Looking back, we witness a significant change in digital transformation. From process automation to customer journey across various touchpoints, a lot has transformed. But what remains is data, and we are sitting on a gold mine; from the banking sector to every other industry, we utilize data for meaningful decision-making.”
Habib Ahmad, Head of Data Analytics and AI, spoke about the data analytics strategy that accelerates business growth. He also shared his experience in developing a strategy and building a flexible data ecosystem that could lead towards monetization. Jamal Ashraf Khan, Data and AI Technical Sales Specialist at IBM gave the technical presentation on IBM Cognos Analytics. Chaudhry Sohail, Head of Data Science at Systems Limited, emphasized IBM Cognos Analytics in the banking and finance sector, he stated,
“Any intelligent data platform should be able to build a complete journey and offer actionable insights for performance management, eventually to drive business value.”
The presentations were followed by Question and Answer sessions to help the users gain further insight into the topic under discussion.
