Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) and Ufone have jointly selected 50 graduates from all over Pakistan to take part in their flagship Internship program – Experia. This flagship internship program will provide graduates with the opportunity to work with talented team members from PTCL Group and Ufone.

After rigorous screening and clearing tough selection criteria, only 50 interns were selected out of more than 2700 candidates who applied for the position. Each candidate who cleared the test passed a detailed assessment as well. Those people who have been successfully inducted will get a chance to work in different PTCT and Ufone offices and gain experience and experience from people who are already working in the field.
Syed Mazhar Hussain, Group Chief Human Resource Officer, PTCL & Ufone, expressed his thoughts on the occasion,
“We welcome the new batch of ‘Experians’ at PTCL & Ufone. I congratulate all those who have successfully qualified for the program and look forward to rewarding engagement with them.”
He also added that the program will be a stepping stone for all the youth that have joined and will serve as a kick-start to their career.
Experia was launched with the vision to inspire young graduates and help them attain industry experience. Moreover, it would also give them a chance to understand organizational work culture, market ethics, and the ability to work in a team.
