EFU Life Assurance Ltd is one of the leading life insurance companies in Pakistan. This is the fourth consecutive year that EFU has been recognized at the Pakistan Digital Awards. This time the insurance company has won two awards which were received by Ashfaque Ahmed, General Manager Technology, and Ahmar Hasan, Senior Manager Technology. This time around it has won the ‘Best Insurance Tech of the Year’ for its Robotic Process Automation Technology. The technology has helped reshape the insurance industry as well as improved business growth while saving on costs. EFU plans to automate its business process and hoped for minimum manual intervention in its operations.

The second award granted to EFU Life is the ‘Best API’ award which recognizes EFU as the first in its industry to be able to sell life insurance products to people over the Internet. Moreover, they have also been known to enroll business partners, web applications, social media services, and mobile applications. This will eventually help the company add business products, new customer services, and hold collaborations with other organizations that are working on insurance.
