Devsinc and InvoZone together take a pledge that 1% of their team will be Intersex. We are committed to ensuring that intersex people enjoy freedom and equality.
We want to serve this community together. That is why they are opening positions for them.
They are offering full-time jobs and paid internships in every department; Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, Admin, and HR for intersex people.
There are so many things that we can and should fix in our society. Since our childhood, we have seen that our intersex community has been underprivileged and ignored.
No real effort has been made to resolve their problems and issues. We along with Invozone, want to help solve this problem by helping them to earn a respectable livelihood and place in society, which is the right of every citizen.
While discrimination persists, this move would mark a big step forward for the intersex community.
Devsinc and Invozone aim to not only hire them, but want to work on their personal growth and development.
They call upon all other companies to join them in lifting the lives of intersex people throughout our Nation and to work towards eliminating discrimination against all intersex people.
