Pakistans biggest online store – Daraz has announced that it will be enhancing its customer experience prior to the 11.11 sale that is expected to take place in November. To further their efforts, Daraz has collaborated with 15 payment partners which will help Daraz improve the customer payment process during the massive sale expected in November.

Daraz has also planned to improve its user interface which will help provide convenience to the users and the mega shopping event can become more enjoyable for the customers. Moreover, Daraz will also be introducing Easy Monthly Instalments at the checkout which will further provide ease to the customers.

Daraz’s Director of Digital Payments, Syed Zeeshan Ali, stated that it was their priority to provide the customers with a smooth customer journey.

“A study conducted by RetailMeNot has shown that 80% of online shoppers prioritize speed and convenience when shopping online. This makes digital payment options a popular choice and at Daraz, we have also seen sustained growth of digital payments on our platform over the last few years,”

He also added,

“More than half of our customer spend is through digital payments, which has been made possible as a result of a comprehensive collaboration framework between Daraz and Pakistan’s digital payment industry”
