The sessions covered several key areas to promote a healthy work environment. Moreover, a session was also conducted to give captains road-safety exercises and counseled them on how to avoid road rage. The sessions also taught the audience how to improve mental health and identify early signs of depression.
Ruhbaru is also collaborating with Sindh Mental Health Authority (SMHA) to provide captains with a helpline to provide spot-on consultation from professional psychologists.

“Mental wellbeing is perhaps one of the most important things to keep a check of while going forward with one’s life. I cannot emphasize enough on the significance of it. We are extremely glad to partner with Ruhabru to help our Captains and Colleagues in this aspect and hope they make the most of it.”
